Record expansion planned as iGB Affiliate 2026 in Barcelona grows 19% to 17,815 sqm

iGB Affiliate will stage its largest-ever event in January 2026, expanding the show floor by 19% as record demand from exhibitors drives growth at Fira Gran Via Barcelona.

The dedicated iGaming affiliate event will run on January 20–21, 2026, across 17,815 square metres, up from 14,965 sqm in 2025 and nearly double the footprint of its 2022 edition. The expansion will take the show into Halls 8 and 8.1 of the Barcelona venue. 

The growth has been fuelled by both new tech vendors entering the show and existing partners increasing their presence to capitalise on what they described as the industry’s most important commercial platform.

Naomi Barton, Portfolio Director at iGB Events, said: "The momentum behind iGB Affiliate has been extraordinary. Our relocation to Barcelona has supercharged the event, cementing its status as the meeting point where the global affiliate community comes together to collaborate, innovate, and grow.

"In less than a year, the sustained demand has been such that we have already outgrown our original space, prompting the move into two new halls with a dedicated entrance, providing enhanced branding opportunities, and delivering an elevated show experience for our international community, which in 2025 travelled to the show from 108 nations. The opportunity to scale in step with our customers and the market was a key driver for choosing Fira Gran Via Barcelona as our long-term home."

Barton added that the 2026 edition would continue to evolve in consultation with stakeholders: "Everything that we do is in partnership with the iGB Affiliate community and we are working closely with our Advisory Board to shape an event that delivers not only first-class commercial opportunities that meet the highest standards of professionalism but also high-value networking and social experiences."

The event will also introduce a dedicated registration area at the venue’s north entrance, positioned near a taxi rank and within walking distance of two metro stations to improve transport links to Barcelona-El Prat Airport and city hotels.

iGB Affiliate 2025 drew 9,082 unique attendees, a 24% year-on-year increase, marking its fifth straight year of growth. Organisers said the trajectory underlined the show’s status as one of the most internationally attended B2B gatherings in the affiliate sector.
