HIPTHER has released the official networking venue lineup for the European Gaming Congress (EGC) 2025 – HIPTHER Warsaw Summit, set for October 29–31, 2025, in Warsaw, and confirmed PICANTE PR HUB as sponsor of all three evening networking events.
PICANTE PR HUB is HIPTHER’s PR distribution platform powered by PICANTE Today, which reports a reach of more than 200,000 articles through human-reviewed content.
The networking schedule will begin on October 29 with a Welcome Meet at Charlie Bar on Mokotowska 39 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The pre-conference meetup will include an open bar and is intended for participants to reconnect before the conference sessions open.
On October 30, the EiGE Awards Ceremony and Evening Social Gathering will take place at Podwale Bar and Books at Wąski Dunaj 20, starting at 7:30 p.m. (local time) until late evening. The venue includes two floors, a patio, and a cigar lounge, and serves a variety of spirits including Scotch and Japanese whiskies, champagne, wines and cocktails. The EiGE Awards program recognizes companies and professionals in the iGaming sector.
The networking agenda will conclude on October 31 with the EGC Closing Party: Halloween Edition at Steam Bar on Nowogrodzka 23 from 7:30 p.m. to midnight (local time). Costumes are optional for the Halloween-themed gathering, now in its third year as part of the Warsaw event.
“We’re thrilled that PICANTE PR HUB is sponsoring all three evening networking parties at this year’s European Gaming Congress. From the Welcome Meet at Charlie Bar, to the EiGE Awards Ceremony and social gathering at Bar & Books, and closing with our traditional Halloween Party at Steam Bar, we’ve lined up incredible venues,” said Zoltan Tündik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER.
"What started as a Halloween tradition in Warsaw has grown into a full series of memorable nights, and we can’t wait to take the networking experience to the next level."
The European Gaming Congress 2025 – HIPTHER Warsaw Summit will feature conference sessions, panel discussions, and meetings for professionals in gaming, technology, and related regulatory sectors. HIPTHER said the event agenda includes formal learning sessions and informal networking opportunities intended to facilitate business discussions during the three-day program.
