Two subsidiaries of Yolo Group, Hub88 Holdings and Online Gaming Services, have received gaming vendor licences from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the UAE. The licence for Online Gaming Services also covers Live88 and OneTouch.io.
The approvals allow both companies to operate in the UAE’s emerging regulated gaming market, supplying content in the B2B gaming sector.
Yolo Group joins several international gaming firms now licensed by the GCGRA. The regulator was formed following Wynn Resorts’ $2 billion casino project announcement in 2022. Wynn received its gaming licence in October, while The Game LLC became the first licensee, launching the UAE Lottery in November. Aristocrat was the first supplier licensed in October 2024, followed by Novomatic, IGT, Scientific Games, Light & Wonder, and Pollard Banknote.
Yolo Group Founder Tim Heath said the licences represent “a statement of intent,” adding that the company aims to build the future of gaming “on trust, transparency and world-class innovation.”
“Yolo Group is committed to building the future of gaming on trust, transparency, and world-class innovation,” he said. “The UAE is setting the stage for what modern, regulated gaming should look like, and we are proud to be part of that journey.”
