Soft2Bet earns SBC 2025 Innovation Award for MEGA gamification engine

Gamification has moved from a marketing feature to a central design element in online casinos, as highlighted in Soft2Bet’s MEGA (Motivational Engineering Gaming Application), which earned the Innovation in Casino Entertainment award at the SBC Awards 2025.

The platform integrates missions, seasonal events, and personalized rewards while meeting compliance requirements in regulated markets.

Soft2Bet describes MEGA as a standalone, API-ready product that connects to casino and sportsbook platforms through a single integration point. The system allows operators to configure player missions, goal-based progression, seasonal activities, and transparent reward structures tailored to local licensing rules.

By combining segmentation, real-time personalization, and compliance controls, the company positions MEGA as a way for operators to create engagement without relying heavily on bonus-led acquisition strategies.

The Innovation in Casino Entertainment award recognizes how gamification has evolved from a promotional tool to a structural part of the player experience. In 2024, Soft2Bet was recognized for technology innovation across its casino and sportsbook platform. In 2025, the company presented MEGA as a model for embedding game mechanics into regulated online gambling markets, offering localized experiences and progression-based play.
