Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center has recovered more than $50 million in player funds since its launch in 2019.
The center, which began with just two staff members in 2019, now operates with a 28-member team, according to a report by iGaming Business. In 2025, the service has been returning an average of $1.5 million per month to players. It now processes over 1,000 complaints every month, a streak that has continued for more than two years.
In total, the platform has resolved more than 16,800 cases, including some of the industry’s largest disputes. One of the most notable came in late 2024, when Casino Guru complaint specialist Branislav Bright successfully secured the return of $1.35 million to a player—the second-largest individual case resolved by the center.
“Over the past six years, we’ve built a dispute resolution centre that is now trusted by both the industry and players,” said Petronela Kontos, head of the center. “Our mission is to ensure casinos provide a transparent and fair experience, while giving players access to impartial and effective support – all free of charge and regardless of where in the world a player is based.”
