DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) has brought back Grahame Falvey to serve as its Director of Product Management, a newly created position.
His return follows recent leadership changes, including the appointment of Marco Herrera as CEO in September 2024 and co-founder Jurgen De Munck taking on the role of Executive Chairman, focusing on the Infiniti Casino operations.
Falvey will work from DRGT’s Graz office and is expected to travel in the coming months to meet with teams and customers across the company’s global operations. He will also join the DRGT team at Booth 4405 during G2E Las Vegas, scheduled for Oct. 7–9 at the Venetian Expo.
“Now, with DRGT having a base right here in Graz, and a real-world testing ground through our Infiniti Casino Group, the stars and the timing have finally aligned,” said Falvey.
Falvey, originally from Newcastle, New South Wales, began his career in Australia after earning a degree in Applied Science of Computing from the Warrnambool Institute of Advanced Education. His early work involved developing large-scale software solutions for Melbourne’s public transportation system, including ticketing tools for the train, tram, and bus networks.
“That work really set the foundation for everything I’ve done since,” Falvey said. “It was about scale, reliability, and designing for real-world users. At the time, I never expected to leave Australia, but when the opportunity at Atronic came up, I went for it — and that set me on the path into gaming.”
In 2001, he moved to Graz, Austria, to join Atronic, where he held senior product roles before briefly working with DRGT in 2010. He left in 2011 due to the challenges of frequent travel between Belgium (where DRGT was headquartered) and Austria.
“I loved the work and the team back then, but the logistics just didn’t work with a young family,” he said.
Following his departure from DRGT, Falvey held positions in the casino, VLT, and lottery markets in Europe and North America, focusing on product ownership, business analysis, compliance, and responsible gaming. His experience covers both development and player experience considerations, positioning him to lead DRGT’s product management strategy.
“Grahame’s always brought clarity and a user-focused mindset to everything he does,” De Munck said. “We worked together in Knokke over 15 years ago, and I remember how committed he was; even when living in Austria and flying to Belgium every week. Having him back now, based locally, is a much better fit. We’re thrilled to welcome him home.”

“Bringing Grahame back into the fold is a big win for us,” Herrera said. “He brings a sharp product mind, decades of industry experience, and a great understanding of what we’re trying to achieve.”
Herrera said Falvey was already familiar with DRGT and its culture, and that his approach aligned with the company’s “Player First” strategy.
“We know he’ll hit the ground running. Add to that the fact that we’re no longer just a supplier, but an operator too through our sister Infiniti Group, we now have something most suppliers don’t have – a real-world testing ground; something I know Grahame will relish,” Herrera added.

Outside the gaming sector, Falvey is an aviation enthusiast. While private flying in Europe presents cost challenges, he has built his own flight simulator, complete with custom controls for an F-16 combat simulation.
“Flying and gaming both need precision and process, but also creativity,” Falvey said. “They’re passions of mine, and I’m bringing that same energy into this new role.”
Founded in 2003, DRGT develops casino management, player tracking, loyalty, and cashless systems that can operate without a permanent server connection, enabling simpler installation and full operational control for customers. The company also offers system-driven and wide-area progressive jackpot technology with extensive configuration options. Its modular and cost-effective solutions are used in over 70 countries on more than 80,000 gaming devices.
