Full House Resorts has announced the promotion of Lewis Fanger to the role of President, in addition to his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective immediately.
The title of president was previously held by Daniel Lee, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. In June 2025, Lee extended his employment agreement as CEO.
“Since our arrival approximately ten years ago, Full House Resorts has undergone a significant transformation, from a small regional casino operator to one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry,” said Lee.
“Lewis’s financial leadership has helped enable that growth, allowing us to improve our existing assets and expand the company through new developments such as American Place and Chamonix,” he continued.
Lee added that Fanger’s promotion ensures continued stability and leadership as the company moves forward.
Fanger has served as CFO of Full House Resorts since 2015. During his tenure, the company has executed major development projects and strengthened its financial position in a competitive gaming industry.
Full House Resorts currently operates six properties in Illinois, Mississippi, Colorado, Indiana, and Nevada. Its portfolio includes recent additions American Place in Waukegan, which opened in 2023, and Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, which began operations in late 2024.
The company is actively expanding both its footprint and leadership team. In May, it granted 29,940 restricted shares to SVP and Chief Marketing Officer Le Duff as part of his onboarding package, aligning his incentives with long-term performance goals.
