Southern Nevada residents now have access to a dedicated loyalty program at The Strat. The north Strip property, operated by Golden Entertainment, has rolled out True Locals, a benefits package available only to individuals living within 50 miles of the resort.
The program offers dining, entertainment, hotel, and transportation perks designed for in-state guests. Available Sunday through Thursday at The Strat and seven days a week at adjacent Atomic Golf, the benefits build on Golden Entertainment’s broader rewards platform and require membership in the company’s True Rewards program for participation. Proof of residency is also required to enroll.
Dining discounts are among the main features of True Locals. Members can receive 20% off food and beverage purchases across the property, including at the Top of the World Steakhouse. Drink specials include two-for-one deals on select spirits and beers at casino bars.
On the entertainment side, the program provides access to reduced-price tickets, such as $20 admission to any L.A. Comedy Club show. In-house residencies, including productions like Rouge, are available at half the regular ticket cost.
Hotel accommodations booked directly with the casino can also be discounted by as much as 50%.
Additional benefits extend to leisure and attractions. Guests enrolled in True Locals can enjoy complimentary access to The Strat's observation deck and get 50% off thrill rides located on the tower. Cabana rentals at the resort’s pool area, Swim & Social, are available at a 20% discount.
Transportation benefits are also included. Members are eligible for free self-parking every day of the week and complimentary valet parking from Sunday through Thursday, depending on their rewards tier. The casino is also offering rideshare credits through Lyft to help offset transportation costs to and from the resort.
In addition to The Strat, Golden Entertainment manages a portfolio of Southern Nevada properties that also includes Arizona Charlie’s, PT’s Taverns, and several regional casinos in Laughlin and Pahrump.
With the launch of True Locals, the company is narrowing its rewards focus on nearby residents, aligning with its operations in local and regional markets.
The company said True Locals is intended to provide Las Vegas-area patrons with added incentives to visit and engage with the property more frequently, using location-based eligibility as a central condition for access.
