High Roller Technologies, the operator behind online casino brands High Roller and Fruta, has formally submitted its application for an Internet Gaming Operator license in Ontario, Canada. The company aims to launch its flagship site, HighRoller.com, in the province during the second half of 2025.

“The submission of our licensing application to access Ontario’s regulated online gambling market is an important milestone in our company’s journey,” said Ben Clemes, Chief Executive Officer at High Roller.

“Once our application is approved, we anticipate that we will have the opportunity to launch our online casino product into the market later this year,” he added.

Ontario is one of the world’s largest regulated online gambling markets, generating about CAD 2.3 billion in gross gaming revenue in 2024, with growth continuing into 2025.

High Roller also plans to apply for a license in Alberta, following recent legislation enabling online gambling regulation there.

“Ontario is missing an elegant brand like High Roller,” concluded Clemes. “We’re excited to roll out the red carpet for our new customers, and we’re looking forward to showcasing our tremendous product.”

Listed under the ticker ROLR on the NYSE, High Roller Technologies boasts a portfolio of over 5,000 games from more than 90 game providers in its online casino platform. Its online casino features enhanced search engine optimization, machine learning, direct API integrations, fast load times, and superior scalability, according to the company.
