VentureMax Group has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of the inaugural Pitch iGB, a startup competition set to take place on July 2 during iGB L!VE at ExCeL London, in a move aimed at empowering early-stage innovation across the iGaming sector.

Described as the “Ultimate Startup Showdown,” Pitch iGB will offer five emerging companies the opportunity to pitch their businesses live in front of top industry investors. The winner will receive a £10,000 ($13,372) prize, in addition to high-profile exposure, strategic networking opportunities, and expert feedback.

Startups eligible to apply must be less than three years old and seeking investment or partnerships. Submissions span a broad range of sectors, including game development, SEO and AI technologies, affiliate solutions, and other iGaming disruptors.

Justin Anastasi, CEO of VentureMax Group, said: “Pitch events like this are where the future of our industry is born. It’s a space where bold thinkers propel real innovation and show us the kind of grit that turns ideas into market-leading companies.”

“At VentureMax, we back founders who are ready to build something formidable, so I’m genuinely looking forward to judging at Pitch iGB and meeting the startups who will help shape our future. Let’s see who’s going to shake things up this year!”

Naomi Barton, Global Portfolio Director for iGB L!VE, said: “Entrepreneurship is in the DNA of the iGaming community and I am delighted that Justin and the VentureMax Group will be supporting the next wave of industry pioneers and helping them to fulfil their potential.”

“Pitch iGB is more than a competition – it’s a launchpad for startups on what is the biggest stage in iGaming. Quite simply, if you have an innovative, scalable and game-changing idea, Pitch iGB is your stage.”

Startups must submit applications and a two-minute YouTube pitch video by May 26. Five finalists will be selected to compete live, delivering a four-minute pitch followed by a four-minute Q&A with a judging panel.

iGB L!VE, running July 2–3, is expected to draw over 15,000 attendees from across the iGaming and affiliate sectors, offering an expansive platform for innovation, networking, and market insight.
