Ocean Casino Resort launches 'Lucky Summer of Sevens' to celebrate 7th anniversary

Ocean Casino Resort is kicking off its seventh anniversary with a summer-long celebration dubbed the “Lucky Summer of Sevens,” featuring more than $7 million in prizes, weekly fireworks and drone shows, signature cocktails, live entertainment, and a series of exclusive collaborations with local businesses. 

According to General Manager Bill Callahan, the celebration is meant to highlight everything the resort has to offer while expressing gratitude to customers, team members, and the local community for their support over the past seven years. 

The summer festivities include a $1 million sweepstakes running from June 27 through July 6, with daily promotions such as $7,777 hourly giveaways on Wednesdays, 10X Free Play Thursdays, 15X Free Play Fridays and Saturdays, and $100,000 Hot Seat giveaways on June 21, July 26, and August 23. Food and beverage specials include a “Seven Deadly Sins” cocktail menu at Villain & Saint and a “Seven Days a Week” happy hour across the resort, offering drinks and bites starting at $7. 

The popular Birthday Bar returns to the 1927 Lounge from July 10 through September, open Thursdays to Sundays, featuring themed cocktails, photo ops, and festive décor just steps from the casino floor. It will also host a fireworks and drone show every Friday from July 4 through August 8, with the summer kick-off display taking place on June 27 as part of the North Beach Atlantic City celebration. 

Entertainment at Ovation Hall will be headlined by major acts including Alice Cooper, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Jason Derulo, and Tiësto, alongside returning favorites like Magical Mystery Doors and the Super 70’s Rock Show. 

Ocean will also debut its first-ever Agave Festival on July 24 in celebration of International Tequila Day, offering tastings of over 150 tequilas and mezcals, live music, culinary pairings, and educational sessions, with tickets starting at $77.

To encourage relaxation and self-care, the resort is offering the Lucky Sevens hotel package, a limited-time CBD-enhanced Lucky Shot Massage at Exhale Spa, themed mani-pedis at Bangz, and weekly sunrise yoga sessions with views of the Atlantic. Guests seeking a VIP travel experience can once again book nonstop helicopter service from New York City via BLADE, with flights running through September 1 and including a suite upgrade and personalized concierge welcome upon arrival.

Ocean’s “Seven+ Acts of Kindness” initiative will see the resort donating $700 each to seven local nonprofits, serving meals at The Salvation Army, participating in beach clean-ups, and volunteering at community organizations across the region.

The celebration also highlights partnerships with local businesses and creators, such as a limited-edition lager from The Seed: A Living Beer Project, custom pizzas and cheese bites from Tony Boloney’s and MadMutz, an art installation by Samantha Carell, birthday apparel by Jetty, artisan chocolates from Bar 32, and unique swag from brands like Blissfully Lyss, Making Waves, and Alibi Gin. 

Additional exclusive offerings include the “Chocolate Cherry Martini” from Little Water Distillery and custom mural and merchandise collaborations with the Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University.
