One of the biggest differences between online bingo and physical bingo is that in online bingo, prizes are awarded to players automatically, while in Physical Bingo, players must "claim" the prizes by raising their hands or voice. In case of not claiming the prizes, players run the risk of losing them.
Seeking to emulate this form of play, END2END has just added new functionality to its online platform, in which players must "claim" the prizes, instead of automatically awarding them.
In this way, the company takes another step forward in the search for the online user's experience to be more and more similar to the one they live in the bingo hall.
According to END2END's authorities, this new functionality called “Claim Your Prize!” is based on the fact that the different prizes of the Bingo game will be awarded normally, but they will not be credited to the player's balance until the player claims them via the interface.
The player has up to 30 seconds after the end of the game to claim all their prizes. If he/she claims his/her prizes within this period, then the prizes will be credited to his/her balance. On the other hand, if the player does not claim his prizes within this period, then several situations may occur: from awarding the prizes to the rest of the players who did claim them, to transferring such amounts to the progressive jackpots available in the gaming hall. Each option is customizable, and it will depend on how the operator wants to implement it.
Martin Alfano, CTO of the company, said: "The flexibility that characterizes us, allows us to achieve -once again- the client's objectives, by implementing new ideas in our BINGO MULTIPLAYER platform, obtaining in this case a different and novel experience in real-time, much more interactive than the standard Online Bingo, and more pleasant for both new and experienced players.
