iGaming content provider Play'n GO has launched its game content in Michigan in partnership with sports betting giant DraftKings.
Expansions into more US markets are a key part of the Swedish-founded company’s global strategy. The launch now enables DraftKings customers in Michigan to access Play’n GO titles such as Book of Dead, Piggy Blitz, and Boat Bonanza Colossal Catch. The company plans to launch its services in New Jersey in the coming weeks, with more states to follow through the rest of the year.
This collaboration with DraftKings will be both commercial and technical involving full and direct integration of Play’n GO’s platforms, following the supplier's strategy of working directly with US operators.
“This relationship between DraftKings and Play’n GO is a very exciting prospect, as we begin to make our presence felt in the US. We at Play’n GO are delighted to work with an operator as highly regarded and successful as DraftKings here in the US. We’re excited for their players to enjoy our games, and are delighted that DraftKings, like us, are committed to a regulated future for the entire industry,” Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer, Play’n GO said.
Last month, the company announced a partnership with gaming brand PokerStars for the state of Pennsylvania, expanding their relationship into a third US state. The company had earlier struck agreements in the states of Michigan and New Jersey, as well as teamed up for a Michigan-exclusive game built around the state's National Hockey League team, the Detroit Red Wings.
