Test lab and product certification consultancy BMM Testlabs announced that the Dutch gaming authority, Kansspelautoriteit, has listed BMM Testlabs Spain as a designated inspection body for the Netherlands as of April 2023. BMM Testlabs is an approved laboratory by the Ministry of Justice and Security and is now one of only two approved inspection bodies in the Netherlands.

BMM Testlabs is accepting supplier submissions for inspections and certification of gaming equipment throughout the Netherlands. Per the Ministry's Remote Games of Chance Decree, all inspections completed after April 1, 2023, must be carried out by a designated inspection body that has been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Security.
Earlier this week, the company the promotion Vineet Malhotra to Vice President of Technical Services and Compliance, Asia. Malhotra will report to the Senior Vice president of Operations for the APAC region.
