In this regard, CEO of Gaming & Technology Expo, José Aníbal Aguirre, commented: "I thank Coljuegos and the National Gaming Council (CNJSA) for their support on behalf of the Colombian Government. And to Asojuegos, Cornazar, Fecoljuegos, Fedelco and Fedecolde for being an integral part of this family".

Gaming situation in Colombia

The organization highlighted that "in Colombia, there is a full reactivation in all the gaming verticals" and affirmed that "the figures presented by the president of Coljuegos, César Valencia Galiano, have become an attractive topic for foreign investors and provide an impulse for the growth of the business of the current operators".

Vice President of Commercial Development of Coljuegos, John Jairo Altamiranda, said: "Due to the good period that the gaming sector is going through in Colombia, which has shown such strong figures this year, we consider that GAT Showcase Bogota is an excellent opportunity to gather very relevant industry players and allows us to share the experience from different visions, identifying the needs and challenges of the sector, in search of its development and sustainability".

"For Coljuegos, this is an ideal space to inform our stakeholders about the advances in regulatory matters, and thus receive the feedback that will allow us to issue regulations in line with the needs of the market and with international standards of security and technology that generate greater confidence in our customers," the executive added.
