The latest service provided by the UK regulator seeks the optimization of applications for both personal functional licenses and personal management licenses, as well as Annex A approval. The service will be supported by an up-to-date processing tool, making the process quicker.

The UK’s Gambling Commission said Monday it has launched a new service called “Apply for a Personal License”, which brings together all applications for personal licences —personal functional license (PFL) and personal management license (PML)— and Annex A approvals.

This new service seeks the optimization and automatization of the application for a personal licence or Annex A approval. It is supported by an updated processing tool, which provides regular updates on progress, and making the process faster.

Helen Venn, Executive Director of the Gaming Commission, spoke in a press release on the Commission’s website and said: “I am very pleased that we can continue to automate our Licensing services by making it easier to apply but also quicker to process. This new service is a good example of delivering positive outcomes for users through collaboration between our Licensing and Digital teams''.
