Barona Resort & Casino wins Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas Reader’s Choice Awards

A panel of casino experts partnered with 10Best editors to pick the initial 20 nominees, and the top 10 winners were determined by a popular vote that took place over 28 days.

In addition, the 10Best Readers' Choice Awards recognized other leading casinos and casino amenities across the U.S., including Best Las Vegas Casino, Best Casino Hotel and Best Las Vegas Show.
