GameSense was created to promote responsible gambling as a key component of guest service model at MGM’s recently acquired property.

MGM Resorts International has rolled out GameSense, an MGM Resorts-wide program that aligns responsible gambling policies with enhanced customer service and education, at its recently acquired property, Empire City Casino in Yonkers, New York.

"MGM Resorts is at the forefront of defining and promoting responsible gambling within the industry, and it’s a major focus at every one of the company’s casinos worldwide," the company said in a statement. "Since launching nationwide in 2017, GameSense has already sparked more than 900,000 conversations with guests."

By implementing GameSense, responsible gambling education and support will be integrated into Empire City Casino’s guest service culture.
