According to details in a consent agreement signed between the PGCB's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, a 20-year-old female used another individual's ID to gain access and then proceeded to gamble at slot machines.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today approved a consent agreement between the PGCB's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County, resulting in a $10,000 fine for permitting an underage individual to gain access to the gaming floor and gamble.

According to details in the consent agreement, a 20-year-old female used another individual's ID to gain access and then proceeded to gamble at slot machines.

The next meeting of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in the PGCB's Public Hearing Room located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg.
