Gaming Laboratories International names Raul Bouchot Senior Client Services Representative

Early in the week, Gaming Laboratories International has announced that it has named veteran gaming executive Raul Bouchot Senior Client Services Representative. In joining GLI’s growing Client Service team, Bouchot will play a key role in providing personalized customer service to the company’s gaming and lottery clients across the country and around the world.

“We are happy to welcome Raul to the Client Services team here at GLI,” said Manager of Client Services, Justine Clay. “Raul brings a wealth of gaming industry experience to his new position as Senior Client Services Representative. His expertise will no doubt enhance our ability to deliver world-class customer service to our valued clients.”

During his more than 25 years in the gaming industry, Bouchot has held key executive management positions with several major domestic and international gaming companies. His skill set includes a strong emphasis on the Australasia, European, and Latin American gaming sectors. He also brings a broad range of knowledge regarding slots and live and electronic table games.

Bouchot recently completed a consultancy as VP of Business Development with Vancouver, B.C.-based Jackpot Digital. He assisted Jackpot Digital’s senior management in developing a new company culture as part of the purchase by Jackpot Digital of electronic table game manufacturer Pokertek, Inc., where Bouchot had served as Sr. VP of Business Development.

Previously, Bouchot served as Business Development Manager for International Game Technology’s Multi-Player Series and Digi Deal product lines. He also was the Executive VP and COO of TCS America, Inc., where he was responsible for bottom-line operational management encompassing all aspects of manufacturing, sales, and finance. Bouchot also held several key management positions at Shuffle Master Gaming, including VP of International Sales, Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Manager. He began his professional career at Tripp Plastics in Reno, Nevada, where he established the company’s casino sales division.
