Cincinnati casino’s arena is expected to be completed in March, and will also be added to Jack Entertainment’s Cleveland property in the same time frame. It will include 28 electronic play stations with 27-inch video screens that allow players to connect to a variety of games including live dealer tables for roulette, craps, blackjack, and baccarat. It will have custom lighting, a DJ booth and a video wall that displays player progress and statistics.
“We are excited to add another level of excitement to our Ohio casinos as part of our ongoing commitment to gaming innovation,” said Brian Eby, executive vice president and chief innovation officer for Jack Entertainment. “Synergy Table Games has been successful at our Detroit property and we are confident that our Ohio guests seeking a more interactive and social gaming experience will enjoy it as well. The electronic table games arena is perfect for both established and new players as it allows new gamers to get comfortable with gaming at their own pace and challenges our experienced gamers to play multiple games at a time.”
In addition to the arena, Jack Cincinnati has added new technology with its ClubJack app and GT Connect availability in its high-limit gaming areas. The technology allows players to connect their virtual player’s card in the app to a slot machine through a secure USB port, which allows them to earn rewards, download bonus play and charge the phone. The app also features special promotions, comps, and free play bonuses in addition to the ability to request a vehicle from the valet.
Jack Cincinnati Casino opened as Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati in March 2013 and has about 1,200 employees who work at nearly 2,000 slot machines, 90 table games and a 31-table poker room in addition to its multiple bars, restaurants and event spaces.
