How are you preparing for G2E Las Vegas? What products will you present?
This will be our second trade show on North American soil this year, having previously exhibited at Juegos Miami in June. We received fantastic feedback there, and we’re planning to have an impressive stand once again at G2E. The event is one of the biggest on the circuit and we have recently embarked on a strong push for growth in the region, so success at G2E will give us the momentum going forward into 2018.
On our stand, #3849 this year, we’ll be showcasing our popular range of Gold Club electronic roulette machines, including Lumina Plus, Quadra Plus and Lumina Knock Out, all designed to provide the ultimate solo or multi-player gaming experience. These will be supplemented by our S2 32”, ST2 and S3 GameStar slot machines, amongst others, which host our leading proprietary games of various genres and themes.
As always, we will have senior personnel on hand to demonstrate our innovative casino solutions, including Wigos and Intellia.
These always generate plenty of positive intrigue at these shows and we look forward to more of the same in Las Vegas.
How will your G2E Las Vegas stand reflect the integration with Gold Club?
Gold Club’s integration has been very positive since the acquisition late last year. As we approach the anniversary, I’m pleased to say that we are ahead of schedule and are starting to experience the financial and operational benefits that have come with it.
At G2E, we’ll have many Gold Club and Gamestar products on display such as electronic roulette and slot machines. One thing we’ll be looking to push over the three days is how we are integrating the products into the Win Systems brand and how that can benefit our current and prospective partners alike. We want to pass on all the benefits of the deal as soon as possible, and we plan to communicate this effectively.
What impact do you want Gold Club to have in the US?
Our stand has been tailored for the US audience this year, with products and solutions on show that we believe fit well into the land-based casino market. I believe this will attract the attention of many delegates throughout the show, and we look forward to explaining to operators how our integrated, innovative and revenue-driving products can benefit them.
We know that Win Systems is expanding its work team. Recently, they announced the appointments of Carlos Reig and José Luis Aranda, and expanded their offices in Mexico. Do you plan to grow the team with more senior executives? Will there be restructuring in executive responsibilities?
We were very pleased to bring Carlos and José into the team over the past few months and there have been various other key appointments of late that have added great insight and expertise to our organization.
As Win Systems grows, there’s no doubt we’ll be looking to hire more senior executives. It’s important that we retain local expertise in the areas we currently operate in and are looking to grow into. This is key to our strategy as we must maintain our high standards for all customers, no matter their size or location. I look forward to announcing more appointments soon.
Restructuring has occurred organically as we’ve grown over recent years. The most recent hurdle of Gold Club’s acquisition has been well-managed, with all employees being made aware of potential changes in responsibility and job role. Significantly, we kept all staff on during the integration which we are incredibly proud of. I don’t foresee any major restructuring to come, but if it’s necessary to improve our product and make our structure more sustainable, then I see no reason why it should cause any issues.
