The company was founded in 2012 by CEO Juliano Machado, a Brazilian citizen with strong background in game development, strategic sales network and advanced market view. Juliano created Vesta Incubator with the purpose of introducing in the market the first incubator dedicated exclusively to the gaming industry.

Before becoming an incubator, Vesta had a successful international reputation, focused on developing games, contents and mathematics for the industry.
