Our customer validation in new innovative technology is what drives NRT to consistently develop world-class solutions that exceed our customers’ business needs. The amount of traffic that visited our booth was of great importance and we valued their feedback and participation.
This year the show was a great success and gaming operators are back in the buying mind set and looking for ways to reduce operating cost and improve efficiencies.NRT is poisoned to create compelling business opportunities for its customers and we see ourselves as business partners, not just a vendor.
What are the main characteristics of the products that you have presented?
Our focus is on Cash Access, Cash Management and Cash Handling. We develop and operate the total end-to-end solution creating value, system flexibility and quality.
With the launch of the newly design CHS you will see a new intuitive graphical user interface, newly designed dash-board and cash management features with enterprise scalability. The highly anticipated CHS mobile will also be on display via tablet and/or smart phone technology. This tool will be a casino operators dream, giving them data and management tools right in their hands with the ability to do dispute resolution, real-time analytics and much more on a mobile device.
How did the visitors respond?
Our visitors responded extremely positive as they see great value having NRT as their technology partner going forward, as our solution portfolio is the most well rounded in the industry. Cash Access, Cash Management and Cash Handling are our focus and we intend on bring out the best not only product wise but world-class service and support to match.
What does the US market represent for your company?
NRT is a global company with offices in Toronto, Las Vegas, Macau and Singapore. The U.S market is one of the largest in the world and NRT remain focused in this area just like we do with the rest of the world. We also know how to adapt to the different environments each country brings and flexibility is a huge factor in the DNA of NRT.
What are your main plans for the short term?
