The Eastern European Gaming Summit will take place in parallel with BEGE

3rd BEGE Expo & Congress to take place in Sofia next October

Different sectors related to the gambling business are invited to participate at the 3rd BEGE Expo: Amusement, Gaming, Tourism, Security & Surveillance, Digital Signage, Food & Beverage.
 
The exhibitors list include key gaming industry players, including: JPL with WMS, Alpha Game Technology, JCM, Casino Technology, Bell Fruit Group, EGT, Advansys, Alfastreet with Abbiati, FAZI, Admiral, GPI, Art Design and others. This year also will be presented players from the amusement sector like: Sega, K&B Distribution – official distributor of Roberto Sport for Bulgaria, Magic Coin, MicroIntellect, Jakar, WizzyCast and Avant-X Technologies Alliance operating in Digital Signage and Marketing field and others.

The Eastern European Gaming Summit (EEGS) is a parallel event to BEGE Expo, creating the environment to present the entire region to the rest of the gaming world. Starting with traditionally unique panels, the representatives of gaming Associations including Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Republic of Macedonia, Austria and Poland will review changes in the regulatory environment, outlining the challenges and opportunities, which the industry of every country has experienced during 2010 and will make their forecasts for the upcoming years.

Armin Karu, Chairman of the Board, Olympic Gaming Group and Yuri Rozental, Director European Marketing, MGM Grand, will give a clear and accurate picture on the land–locked countries.

Besides the panel of gaming equipment manufacturers, EEGS will present an exclusive Operators’ voice including Grand Casino Beograd, Princess Casinos, Club Hotel Casino Loutraki and Hotel Casino International, who will give a unique opportunity to deliver to each attendee the best ways one Casino is taking advantage of the events happening besides. 

Following the addressed speeches of the representatives of the consolidating Organizations as International Masters of the Gaming Law (IMGL), Gaming Regulators European Forum (GREF), European Gaming and Amusement Federation (EUROMAT), the Summit program will also introduce new names: Momchil Monov, Associate, Ulys Law Firm, Olga Finkel, Managing Partner, WH Law, Jan Decorte, Advocat & Solicitor, Koan Legal Strategies, Gert Telkämper, Business Development Manager, GLI Europe BV with questions on the online legislations and whether Eastern European countries could be brought in line with several other European countries on the potential collision path with EU. 

Contribution to popular understanding of the entertainment industry will be widely discussed on the panel where the point of view of the western world while analyzing Eastern European region will be presented by Joseph Weinert, Senior VP of Spectrum Gaming Group. Parallels between the Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will help to clearly define additional strategic steps for promoting Poker Tournaments in the region. That topic will be presented by Aneta Nedyalkova, IPRA member, CEO PR Agency Anettevents.

The introduction at BEGE Expo of other sectors closely related to gaming and entertainment industry will be mirrored during the days of the Summit, where the Digital Signage and its exceptional service will be presented to the target audience via real-time messaging.

When asked if gaming and tourism are often perceived as complementary activities, following practices in Slovenia, cases will be presented by representatives of the School of Advanced Social Studies and Boris Nemec from ASTRA gaming research and consulting.

Both BEGE and EEGS are initiatives of the Bulgarian Trade Association of the Manufacturers and Operators in the Gaming Industry (BTAMOGI), which is the main representative organization for the companies producing gaming equipment or operating gaming facilities in Bulgaria.
