Aruze Gaming America signs purchase agreement to acquire True Blue Gaming

As part of the agreement, Kent Young, President and CEO of True Blue Gaming, will become General Manager of Aruze Gaming America. Scott Olive, Chief Development Officer of True Blue Gaming Group, will become President of True Blue Gaming and continue to manage the development of gaming content for the company.

Kent Young has a long history in the gaming industry, most recently serving as Global General Manager of Aristocrat Technologies before founding True Blue Gaming. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Marketing for Aristocrat Americas, where he was responsible for the successful launching of many of its breakthrough products and building its market share in North and South America.

"We are extremely pleased to enter into this agreement with True Blue Gaming, and to acquire the talent and experience of Young and Olive in contributing to our global gaming business," commented Kazuo Okada, President of Aruze Gaming America. His experience, combined with his passion for the gaming industry, will be instrumental in the growth and success of Aruze Gaming America.

As one of the key game content developers for Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, Scott Olive was responsible for the development of some of Aristocrat’s most popular and innovative gaming products. Olive has contributed to over 30 patents and has developed a highly successful team and range of products under True Blue Gaming.
