hat's been your overall impression of SAGSE Latin America 2017 and when do you expect to reap the benefits of your participation in this exhibition?
Spintec’s representation made a very strong impact at SAGSE. The show gave us the opportunity to meet senior executives and gaming professionals from around the world and particularly from South America. We presented our compact product range under the brand name Karma, which is our best-selling product in the region. We received many enquiries from our clients at the show and an outstanding feed-back from potential clients.
Once again, our strategy of offering ETGs that are distinguished by unparalleled quality, extreme comfort, stability, security and virtually endless options of customisation, proves to be what operators are searching for.
How did SAGSE attendees react to Karma?
We received a remarkable feed-back from attendees at SAGSE. They were positively surprised by a large list of customization options of every gaming solution Spintec offers. A wide range of leather and wooden finishes can be chosen and additionally all modules are extremely flexible, so operators can add or extract modules any time without unnecessary costs.
We showcased Karma 5 virtual Roulette, Karma 8 virtual roulette and a stand-alone multigame playing station. All these compact solutions are the best-selling products in Latin America due to their proven record of longer gaming sessions.
What are your key areas of focus to ensure business growth in Latin America?
Spintec bases all product development on in-depth market study and players’ behavior research, which results in offering gaming solutions that are meant for a specific type of player. Our product offering is adjusted to every single local market.
Our main focus is offering a one-of-a-lifetime experience for the player and longer gaming sessions guarantee for the operator. Last but not least we have developed strong long-term relationships with our reliable distributors in Latin America, which results in offering the highest quality service to our clients.
What distributors are you working with in Argentina?
At SAGSE we co-exhibited with our exclusive distributor for Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, an Argentinian company Techno Gaming S.A. Apart from offering a state of the art gaming solutions, our success is granted by working seamlessly together with our reliable and determined distributor as one firm to deliver a quality 24/7 customer service support, product supply and after sales services.
What new markets are you going to pursue in the coming months?
We have received a very positive affirmation of further growth possibilities in Latin America, additionally our focus in the near future will be Australian and the US markets. Of course, we are always studying the possibilities of expanding to other potential markets too.
What are your aims for 2018 and how do you intend to achieve them?
Our goals for 2018 are to expand Spintec’s ETGs presence worldwide, and at the same time to keep our business growth stable and sustainable. This year Spintec’s core investments are focused on product development and certification. One of the goals we have set for our company concerning product development is to broaden the selection of games on our ETGs.
Furthermore, we have invested in building a new facility providing 300-400 percent larger space capacities, as the current ones could not sustain company’s growth and development in the future. We are confident our own new building will incentivize growth, development and innovation of our products, raise motivation in our team and sustain growth of our business.
