The gaming giant became the second online casino brand to go live in the state this summer with Scores Casino launching as well.

Both online casino brands operate under the Borgata gaming license in New Jersey. Casino operator MGM now owns 100% of Atlantic City’s flagship casino and resort.

The playMGM site offers full online gambling. The company had annonuced earlier this year that it was introducing an online casino but details were vague. The move, according to MGM COO Corey Sanders, marks a “historic moment for MGM Resorts”.

Powered by GVC, the playMGM online casino is available via browsers as well as apps for iOS and Android.

The site offers more than 200 slot machines, video poker, roulette, blackjack, craps and bingo games.
