Macau gives go-ahead for smoking rooms in five more casinos

(Macau).- The Health Bureau informed it has permitted five more casinos to set up smoking rooms. The Health Bureau gave 12 casinos permission for smoking rooms before the new restrictions came into force. It says 28 casinos have asked for permission for smoking rooms.
The bureau says casinos cleared for smoking rooms are the President Casino, the Casino KamPek, the City of Dreams casino, the Altira Macau casino and the Galaxy Macau casino.
Since October 6 the government has allowed smoking in casinos only in smoking rooms with no gaming facilities and in VIP gaming rooms.
