The show organiser’s team has been working hard to ensure that EAG International 2012 delivers on every level to visitors, exhibitors, trade associations and other participants.
As EAG International prepares to welcome the largest number of visitors ever, it seems appropriate that the deadlines for mailing out visitor badges be confirmed.
In a recently issued statement, organisers revealed that due to the fact many visitors opt for the convenience of having their badges mailed directly to them they should ensure to register early to avoid delay or loss in the post, especially in the run up to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For overseas visitors, the last badge mailing will take place on January 9th 2012. After this date, all new registrants will need to submit their details on the EAG International Expo website www.eagexpo.com and collect their badges at the show.
For the UK, posting of badges will cease on January 13th 2012. After this date, visitors will be required to follow the same procedure by registering online and collect their badges at the show.
