Casino Guru opens public voting for Players' Choice and Voice of the People categories

Casino Guru has announced the opening of public voting for two community-driven categories in the 4th annual Casino Guru Awards 2026: Players' Choice and Voice of the People. 

Twenty game providers enter the Players’ Choice race, with outcomes determined entirely by player votes.

The category focuses on game providers selected by players based on industry reputation, product offering, and overall user experience. The final results will be decided solely through public participation.

Casino Guru has also opened public voting for the Voice of the People category, which includes all shortlisted candidates across every award category. Participants can select a company or individual regardless of classification.

According to Casino Guru, this format gives the public a direct role in determining results, independent of the judging process used in other categories.

Shortlists released after record applications

Earlier this month, Casino Guru released shortlists across all award categories following a record number of applications from across the iGaming sector.

The shortlisted entries cover areas including transparency, social responsibility, innovation, leadership, and player protection. Most categories in the awards program will be decided by an expert panel of judges.

Winners of the Casino Guru Awards 2026 will be announced during a live ceremony on May 25, 2026, at The Xara Lodge in Malta. The event will recognize performance across multiple areas, including transparency, fairness, social responsibility, innovation, and player-focused approaches.
