GR8 Tech updates platform features ahead of World Cup demand

GR8 Tech has introduced a set of platform enhancements aimed at preparing operators for increased activity during the upcoming World Cup, as the tournament is expected to generate high traffic volumes, repeated betting spikes, and intensified competition for player acquisition.

The company stated that its updates are designed to address key operational areas that influence performance, including conversion, retention, and long-term player value, as operators compete for the same user base during the event period.

“World Cup traffic by itself does not guarantee better results. What matters is how well operators can turn that attention into acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term player value,” said Denys Parkhomenko, Chief Product Officer at GR8 Tech.

Among the changes, the company is updating its sportsbook with redesigned navigation to support event discovery and improve visibility for campaigns. Additional features include enhancements to Bet Builder functionality, the introduction of quick and player-specific markets, and a new Odds Boost function intended to influence both user engagement and margin management.

Separately, the platform’s engagement and retention capabilities are being expanded through adjustments to loyalty and bonus systems. These include a VIP-focused program, automated bonus mechanics, flexible bonus selection, and updates to tournament settings. The company is also adding new content across casino and sports products, along with more advanced segmentation tools.

GR8 Tech is also improving its crypto offering by introducing earlier segmentation based on wallet transaction history, as well as adjustments to VIP and risk handling before a user’s first deposit. Payment processes are being refined with wallet-based features such as ramp payments and direct top-ups using WalletConnect and other wallet integrations.
