TG Lab is building out a multi-hub service network in Latin America, adding a Managed Services Center in Santiago to its existing presence in Brazil to support operators in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, and Chile.
The new Chile facility begins operations with more than 60 specialists handling casino and sportsbook management, CRM, VIP programs, gamification and affiliation services. Teams also cover fraud prevention, KYC, payments, and customer support for Spanish-speaking jurisdictions.
TG Lab recently integrated SysGaming, a Brazil-based company it acquired, which doubled the scale of its LatAm team. The integration also facilitated platform migration for several partners in the region.
Ugnius Simelonis, CEO at TG Lab, said their data shows commercial performance increases tied to that migration.
“All of our existing LatAm partners are showing incredibly strong commercial growth. Since our SysGaming acquisition, all those who migrated to our platform have recorded a 20-25% uplift in revenue through advanced automation, real-time analytics and enhanced gamification and loyalty tools. Our Santiago Hub will no doubt boost their performance even more,” he said.
Simelonis said the location selection followed internal assessment. “Today’s announcement follows more than a year’s focused research. We see great opportunity in Chile and are delighted to be investing in a market that has so many casino specialists already. Our goal is to deliver our clients the best service in LatAm, and we’re confident this new Managed Services Hub in Chile provides the operational backbone to serve partners across Spanish-speaking markets.”
The company is also preparing to extend its presence into Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador.
TG Lab provides an omni-channel platform, modular technology solutions, and dedicated managed services. Its operations cover regulated markets in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Latin America, supported by service hubs in Brazil and Chile and technology hubs in Vilnius and Malta.
