Michigan Gaming Control Board to review casino, iGaming and betting rules in Detroit

The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) will hold a regular public meeting on December 9 to review regulatory matters tied to casino gambling, internet gaming and sports betting in the state, the agency said in a notice.

The meeting, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at Cadillac Place in Detroit, will cover implementation, administration and enforcement of the Michigan Gaming Control & Revenue Act, the Lawful Internet Gaming Act and the Lawful Sports Betting Act. Licensing matters and other regulatory issues are also on the agenda.

The session is open to the public, and attendees may participate in person or join remotely via Zoom or telephone. The board provided a Zoom link and a webinar ID - 983 8908 0168 - for those who wish to watch or listen online.

Members of the public who want to speak during the comment period must register by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting by emailing the agency and submitting a form with their name and telephone number. The notice also includes information for participants who require special accommodations.
