Comtrade Gaming has signed a platform technology agreement with DigiPlus Interactive Corp. to power the Philippines-based sports entertainment brand ArenaPlus, in a move aimed at bolstering the platform’s scalability and regulatory readiness amid rapid market expansion.
Under the deal, Comtrade Gaming will integrate its advanced iGaming platform with ArenaPlus, the flagship sportsbook and entertainment arm of DigiPlus Interactive. The integration is already underway, according to a press statement.
The partnership is expected to strengthen ArenaPlus’ position as a leading digital sports entertainment operator in the Philippines, supporting its ongoing growth, compliance, and user engagement goals.
“Partnering with DigiPlus Interactive to facilitate the growth of ArenaPlus is a significant strategic achievement for Comtrade Gaming,” said Steven Valentine, Chief Commercial Officer at Comtrade Gaming.
“DigiPlus is widely recognized as the leading force in the Philippines. Their rigorous platform evaluation validated the capabilities of our iGaming platform — particularly its scalability, stability, compliance readiness, and strong emphasis on player retention and experience. We look forward to supporting ArenaPlus as they continue to shape the digital entertainment landscape in the region.”
ArenaPlus, which has been expanding rapidly across the Philippines, is betting on the partnership to ensure sustainable growth and enhanced player experiences.
“ArenaPlus continues to scale rapidly, both in reach and in user engagement,” said Erick Su, Head of ArenaPlus. “To support this growth, we require a platform partner that can deliver reliability, adaptability, and long-term technological support. Comtrade Gaming’s focus on tailored development and player-centric solutions aligns well with our strategic direction.”
“This partnership strengthens ArenaPlus’ foundation and supports our commitment to delivering a seamless and elevated digital entertainment experience,” Su said.
The collaboration underscores a broader trend in Asia’s iGaming sector, where operators are increasingly turning to enterprise-grade technology providers to meet evolving regulatory and consumer demands.
