GLI appoints Sally Wong as Client Services Director

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Sally Wong as Client Services Director to strengthen the company's client relations and technical support capabilities. She will be based in the company’s Las Vegas laboratory.

In her new role, Wong will focus on enhancing partnerships with clients and providing technical guidance across GLI’s global network.

“Our mission is to make every client’s journey as seamless and productive as possible, and Sally has the background and insights to help our clients successfully navigate the future of gaming,” said GLI Chief Revenue Officer Ian Hughes.

Wong brings extensive experience from both the operator and supplier sides of the gaming industry. Prior to joining GLI, she served as Director of Business Development for Aristocrat Interactive.

Her previous roles included Director of Strategic Accounts, Gaming/Casino at Nor1 (an Oracle company), Key Account Manager at Booking.com, and Special Events Manager at Wynn Resorts Las Vegas. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
