Gaming executive Patrick Ramsey appointed to board of IGT and Everi parent company

IGT has announced the appointment of gaming industry veteran Patrick Ramsey to the Board of Directors of the parent of IGT and Everi, Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals.

The company said the appointment supports its strategy to expand across gaming, digital, systems, and financial technology.

Ramsey brings significant experience in gaming operations, product strategy, technology development, and business transformation. He is widely recognized in the industry for leading growth and innovation initiatives, including previously serving as Chief Executive Officer of Multimedia Games (MGAM). He also currently serves on the board of Grupo Codere and the Operating Council of Arrow International.
