Grand Casino Baden in Switzerland has transitioned to a fully integrated and cashless casino management system following the completion of a full-floor deployment by DR Gaming Technology (DRGT), covering slots, tables, cage operations, and player registration.
The project brought all 322 slot machines under DRGT’s CMS infrastructure, each equipped with the 8.8-inch drScreenUltra player interface. The casino’s 13 table games, including Blackjack, Poker, and American Roulette, are now managed through DRGT’s live tables platform, allowing the property’s gaming operations to function under a single management ecosystem.

Grand Casino Baden CEO Christian Aumüller said the system upgrade aligns with the casino’s business objectives. “As a key contributor to both the local economy and the regional entertainment landscape, operational efficiency and customer experience are non-negotiable. We believe DRGT’s technology provides the platform we need to meet those expectations consistently,” he said.
The installation also introduced custom-built table game display systems developed specifically for the property. According to DRGT Austria’s Key Account Manager Team Lead Iztok Zgalin, the roulette display interfaces directly with Cammegh wheels to automatically update hot and cold number data, while the blackjack display allows dealers to record hand results using the Tables Management interface. Both are managed through drSign, DRGT’s digital signage management solution.

DRGT Austria Managing Director Andreas Duller said the project represents a unified digital environment for casino operations. “What we’ve implemented at Grand Casino Baden is a fully integrated, cashless, and content-driven floor—designed to enhance both operator control and player engagement. It’s a great example of what our modular product suite can deliver,” Duller said.
The Grand Casino Baden installation adds to DRGT’s presence across Central Europe’s regulated markets, where operators continue adopting flexible and data-oriented management systems.
Founded in 2003 by Executive Chairman Jurgen De Munck and Chief Technology Officer Michiel van Dam, DRGT develops casino management, cashless, and jackpot systems that can operate without a permanent server connection. The company states that this design simplifies installation and allows operators to maintain full control over their gaming floors.
