EGT Digital is set to introduce updates to its X-Nave platform at the upcoming SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, showcasing an in-house developed AI core designed to enhance personalization, compliance, and player protection across the iGaming sector.
The AI core, which was built internally by EGT Digital’s data science team, is being positioned as a foundational shift in how operators engage users. Unlike third-party plug-ins, the solution is integrated into X-Nave’s architecture using hardware and software.
“We’re excited to demonstrate how our AI core elevates X-Nave at SBC Summit Lisbon,” said Mihaylov, Deputy CEO of EGT Digital. “It’s more than a tech upgrade – it’s a new framework for building safer, smarter, and more engaging iGaming experiences.”
According to the company, the AI-enhanced X-Nave platform offers operators a broad set of intelligent features. These include real-time detection of risky behaviors and the ability to automatically adjust player limits, simulated user behavior for improved quality assurance testing, and dynamic segmentation for personalized marketing campaigns.
The AI core also supports churn prediction, forecasts player lifetime value, recommends games based on individual preferences, and optimizes bonus strategies using machine learning.
The company says these upgrades aim to help operators stay competitive in an evolving market by turning the platform from a static system into a responsive ecosystem.
At booths A100 and A130, EGT Digital will also spotlight new gaming titles, technology modules, and cabinets. Two new slot games are expected to draw attention: Power & Glory Athina, which features Cascades paymode for high-paced gameplay, and SugarVille 1000, a Cluster Pay slot that introduces the Clover Chance Jackpot as a randomly triggered feature.
In addition to the new releases, EGT Digital will exhibit a portfolio of over 150 in-house developed titles spanning multiple themes. These include popular jackpots like Bell Link, Clover Chance, Single Progressive, and Gods & Kings Link.
Visitors will also have a chance to explore the full X-Nave platform, which is made up of four modular components: Sport Product, Gaming Aggregator, CRM Engine, and Payment Gateway. Each module can be used independently or integrated into a full turnkey solution.
Key enhancements to the platform include a Sports Recommendation Engine, new bonus management features within the Aggregator, and updated Payment Gateway options for deposits and withdrawals.
Beyond iGaming, EGT will present several land-based terminal solutions, including its P 24-24 Up and P 27-27 St Slim cabinets, along with the latest addition to its Video Lottery Terminal lineup: the Self-Service Betting Kiosk (SSBK). Compact and designed for ease of use, the SSBK supports QR code payments and features the Gold VLT multigame collection with over 50 titles, such as Keno Universe and new game releases.
