IGT's new Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin electronic table game (ETG) has made its world debut at Downtown Grand Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The standalone electronic table game combines word puzzles, wheel spins, and jackpot rewards familiar to Wheel of Fortune slot players.
A free-standing video wheel standing more than 9 feet tall operates alongside the ETG terminals and includes the recognizable “Wheel of Fortune” chant.
“Downtown Grand was delighted to have the world premiere of IGT's Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin ETG solution on our gaming floor,” said Paul Phillips, director of casino operations at Downtown Grand Las Vegas. “Our guests instantly connected with the Wheel of Fortune brand and are eager to try their favorite slots brand in a new format. The stature and appeal of the game's accompanying 'Big Wheel' is inspiring a wide range of players to give the new game a try.”
The launch follows IGT’s earlier introductions of GameAce Roulette and Mesa4K terminals in North America.

“Building on the continued success of IGT's GameAce Roulette and Mesa4K terminals across North America, we are thrilled to introduce Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin to ETG players,” said Nick Khin, IGT CEO, Gaming. “The successful launch of Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin at Downtown Grand Casino speaks to the excitement that we can bring to a gaming floor, the universal appeal of the Wheel of Fortune brand, and IGT's commitment to delivering game-changing innovation.”
The Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin operates on IGT’s GameAce ETG platform. Players place wagers by selecting a color-coded amount tied to corresponding wedges on the digital wheel. A win occurs when the digital outcome matches the chosen wager, filling in letters on the puzzle board.
The Fortune Spin Bonus and Jackpot Bonus rounds trigger the large physical wheel, producing a visible win event for both players and nearby guests.
