The MelBet Partners Affiliates programme has wrapped up its Safari for FTDS contest, "one of the most exciting campaigns of this summer." The contest was held from January to April, and the winners have now received their prize. The top 10 performers, who achieved the best results during the promotion, went on a tour across Kenya together with the MelBet Partners team.

"This case serves as a strong indicator of the brand’s position: MelBet Partners not only offers some of the best conditions on the market but also consistently invests in partner relations, proving audience trust through tangible action," the brand said.

Main results of the B2B contest

The Safari for FTDS campaign launched back in January, aiming to boost affiliate activity with transparent conditions and full support from MelBet affiliate managers. The top 10 affiliates were invited on an exclusive safari with the MelBet team.

The contest provided major results for the iGaming brand, including:

  • A noticeable increase in the volume of new first-time deposits in the SSA region.
  • Improved conversion rates among the campaign participants.
  • Winners of the promotion achieved a significantly higher customer retention rate compared to the overall programme average.
  • After the promotion launch, the number of new affiliate sign-ups from the SSA region grew.

In July, the winners embarked on their African safari, which included:

  • Safari in Maasai Mara National Reserve.
  • Sunrise hot air balloon flight.
  • Local gastro experiences at a Nairobi restaurant.
  • Village tours of indigenous communities.
  • Meeting local residents of the continent.
  • Team-building in the unique atmosphere of the wild.
  • Full support provided by MelBet Partners.

Africa, a priority for MelBet

Africa is one of the most underestimated regions for traffic arbitrage, says MelBet. At the same time, it shows some of the fastest growth rates in the digital sector:

  • Mobile penetration exceeds 75%.
  • High activity in social media and messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook).
  • Loyalty to online betting and gamification.
  • Flexible financial infrastructure.
  • Exceptional player engagement, as sports are part of the local cultural code.

"Safari for FTDS is not just a promotion, and not just a trip to Africa," the brand said. "It is a statement of MelBet’s approach to its partners: if you work with us for results, we respond in kind. This is a powerful tool to boost loyalty, engagement, and retention in regions where traditional motivation mechanisms are less effective."

MelBet Partners Affiliates announced that this will not be the last large-scale contest. Affiliates can look forward to more prizes, promotions, contests, and unique rewards for their activity, added MelBet.

Our goal is not just to attract affiliates but to create a partner ecosystem around MelBet. People perform better when they feel valued. Safari for FTDS is a vivid example of that,” the MelBet Partners & Affiliates team concluded.
