Ainsworth Game Technology (AGT) has restructured its sales, marketing, and product management teams as part of a strategic push to strengthen its position in the gaming industry and increase stakeholder value.
As part of this initiative, the company has promoted several seasoned Ainsworth professionals to leadership roles within the sales organization. Chris Calitri, a gaming and racing industry veteran with more than eight years at Ainsworth, has been appointed Director of Historical Horse Racing (HHR). In his new role, Calitri will oversee the commercialization of Ainsworth’s HHR systems and game portfolio.
Additionally, Gary Fairchild, who has spent over nine years at Ainsworth and brings more than 17 years of industry experience, has been named Regional Sales Director – West. Jack Valadez, with over two decades of experience spanning both the operator and manufacturing sectors, will assume the role of Regional Sales Director – East.

Changes have also been made in the marketing and product management divisions. Lesley Hodges, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, has been appointed Senior Director of Marketing. Jeannette Lima, who has held various roles at Ainsworth over the past eight years, has been promoted to Director of Product Management and Strategy.
"Lesley and Jeannette have been supporting our marketing and product initiatives for some time now, and we are happy to formalize their roles as the heads of these departments,” said Evans.
Evans emphasized that the organizational restructuring aims to sharpen Ainsworth’s focus on delivering innovative gaming experiences while deepening its support for customers and partners across the industry.
“With this realignment of our teams, we have added a new level of focus to each of these areas,” he added. ”We expect our customers and players to experience an increase in the performance of Ainsworth's products and service as we strive to grow Ainsworth's presence, promote the brand, and reinforce our relationships across the industry."
