Evolution opens Cebu studio for regulated Philippine iGaming market

B2B online casino services provider Evolution has partnered with One Visaya Gaming Corporation to open its first live casino studio in Asia, targeting the Philippines’ regulated online gaming sector.

The Cebu-based operation gives licensed operators access to Evolution’s live content under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation's (PAGCOR) compliance guidelines.

The facility serves the Philippine online gaming market, which is the first licensed iGaming jurisdiction in Asia. One Visaya Gaming Corporation operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, adhering to its code of conduct for licensed service providers.

Initial offerings and upcoming titles

The Cebu studio will initially offer live Baccarat tables. Additional game titles, including Lightning Roulette and several game shows — such as Marble Race and Super Color Game — are scheduled for release later in the year. Super Color Game has been developed specifically for players in the Philippines.

According to Evolution, the studio was developed to deliver live content designed for local preferences while remaining compliant with regional regulations.

The Philippines is currently the only country in Asia with a fully regulated iGaming sector. Operators licensed by PAGCOR are authorized to provide online gaming services under strict compliance standards. The new studio enables Evolution to operate within this framework and offer its live casino products through licensed distribution channels.
