Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has been named Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year at the SBC Awards Americas, held recently at the Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
The casino was recognized for innovation, community impact, operational excellence, and responsible gaming. Notable initiatives include AI-powered Aescape massage technology at Spa Ssakwa’q’n, the Circling Raven Golf Suites virtual golf venue, and the Discovery Den, where guests test new gaming machines.
The casino’s strong commitment to community investment was also a key factor in the recognition. The Coeur d’Alene Tribe has contributed more than $36.5 million to education, healthcare, and local charities.
“We’re honored to be recognized by SBC,” said Laura Penney, CEO. “This award reflects our ongoing commitment to service, innovation, and community.”
The resort features 300 rooms, 1,200 video gaming machines, a high-stakes bingo hall, a 15,000-square-foot spa, multiple dining options, and will open a taco-themed restaurant this summer.
