Following its attendance at Peru Gaming Show, CT Gaming spoke with Yogonet in an exclusive interview where the company’s General Manager for LatAm, Georgi Koprinarov, provided feedback on the company’s participation at the event.

He also shared insights regarding the business' investment priorities for development and innovation this year, as well as future expansion goals in Mexico, Panama, Chile, Paraguay as well as Brazil.

What were the main products and services that CT Gaming showcased and focused on at Peru Gaming Show this year?

Always at the forefront of the innovations, we have developed and released solutions for the brick-and-mortar players that were showcased during PGS 2022. We presented our new multigames combining the best concepts created by CT Gaming so far.

Our latest progressive Diamond Tree jackpot is engaging and makes the experience memorable. The 3-level jackpot has a strong Jackpot theme, visuals, and sound and targets repeat play with multiple bonuses won at a time.

The thrill and functionality of the innovative Diamond Tree Jackpot are blended smoothly in the Diamond King series of multigames. The game packs consist of 50 games, combining the Jackpot games and the excitement of the favorite classic games, fruits titles, games with bonuses, free games, etc. It is an excellent and fascinating combination that will cover all possible preferences.

All these are housed in the EZ Modulo series of slot machines featuring three 32" monitors. The product line is a perfect partner for a gaming journey, fitting in all sizes of locations and meeting operators' needs and preferences.

We truly value our excellent feedback for our products at the show. Our clients are positive that they will resonate with and entertain their customers.

Were the company's key goals and expectations for the event met? How did you craft your tradeshow strategy to meet the demands of these particular and diverse Latam markets that were represented in Peru?

Peru Gaming Show was a truly great show for us. We had excellent feedback from our clients and partners on our product offerings, and we have sealed many deals. The key factors were the precisely chosen product series that we selected to cover the tastes and preferences of the LatAm customers and the professionalism of our team of gaming professionals. Everyone worked hard and, as a result, our inquiry levels and agreements were higher than we had predicted.

During the show, we achieved our main goals by offering products that are the result of over 20 years of gaming experience. These products promise to return on investment, being supported by our proven reliability in operation and our commitment to customer service and support.

How could you describe your current business presence in Latin America, and what each of these markets represents for CT Gaming today?

CT Gaming has traditionally strong positions in Latin America. We have had an office in Lime since 2007 and we are executing our strategic goal of continuing to expand our presence in key markets in the region including markets such as Mexico, Panama, and Chile.

Since the beginning of the year, we experience strong recovery and excellent results. We are further expanding our market share in Chile and we are finalizing our first installation in Paraguay.

In January, CT Gaming launched a new multigame from the Diamond King series. What has been the player response so far? Could you share some updates on this matter, initial feedback, and performance? What can we expect next from this kind of product and technology?

We are witnessing an excellent perception of the Diamond King series of multigames in many markets. The product meets the players' and operators' expectations and provides excellent performance. Both operators and players need excellent products in terms of the games offered and slot machines, and that is what we have prepared. We are focusing on the basics: player appeal, reliability, and fun.

What other product launches is CT Gaming currently working on? Could you describe your investment priorities for development and innovation this year, considering the current needs of land-based gaming operators?

We are preparing to launch a new slot machine. The Next was presented during the ICE trade show and was the star of our stand. The innovative slot machine with cutting-edge design and breathtaking content is a real hit that will unleash its potential in the following months.

Offered with the latest multigames from the Diamond King series, it will take the industry by storm. The Next slot machine offers advanced technology for players, and operators, combined with a new compelling game library to create an exciting experience.

The Next cabinet fits easily into any space, and when placed back-to-back, its unique shape opens sight lines across the casino. We expect to launch it in the next months to come.

What is the company's approach/expectation amid an eventual opening of the Brazilian market?

We have spent much time watching the ebb and flow of efforts to legalize and regulate gambling in Brazil, the world's fifth-largest country. Our expectations are strong, and we look forward to this promising market.
