Malta Gaming Authority suspends license for Wish Me Luck
The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) announced in an official release that Wish Me Luck Ltd, under gaming license MGA/B2C/342/2016, was suspended as of 24 April 2019. The brand has thus been directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players or accept any deposits on the license and to submit all data and documentation requested by the gaming regulator.
Furthermore, the MGA stated that any websites operated by Wish Me Luck Ltd, or associated with that firm, and which make reference to the Authority or the same license are not approved to be operational. Due to the suspension of the license, Wish Me Luck Ltd is therefore not authorized to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an MGA’s license.
Players who have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned license are to send an email to [email protected] submitting the personal information as instructed by MGA on its website. The regulator also notified that no further information shall be released at this stage in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the MGA or any other competent authority.
