Codere's Board of Directors has approved a series of changes in its organizational system, with the purpose of simplifying and globalizing the company's structure in order to expand its operational capacity and profitability and improve management efficiency.
The new organizational structure represents a new step towards the group's globalization plan, by turning its current regional scheme into a much simpler structure, which gives prominence to the business areas and strengthens the functional areas and institutional teams. It also favors synergy and the sharing of best-practice strategies among the different business units.
This structure maximizes the capabilities of key members of the company, expanding their execution capacity scope on a global scale.
"I have complete trust in our management team and our organization. The wide experience and enormous talent of the members of Codere are, without a doubt, an invaluable asset to the company when faced with the different challenges and opportunities in the market," CEO Vicente Di Loreto said.
