Project set to transform the way MGA interacts with licensees

Malta kicks off second phase of licensee relationship management system

The Malta Gaming Authority announced that phase two of the Licensee Relationship Management System was launched on November 10.

The second phase of this project includes the following types of online applications / services:

Declaration of Go Live Application;
Incident Reporting;
Change in Approved Company Details;
Change in Approved Personal Details;
Change in Technical Setup.

These services are additional to the ones launched with phase one of the Licensee Relationship Management System, namely, new license applications for Remote Gaming and Skill Games, Dynamic Seal URL requests, Players Liability Reporting and Tax Reporting.
