The total value of the deal is estimated at $100m in cash and Zynga expects to complete the transaction before the end of the year, subject to customary closing conditions.
Zynga will strengthen its casual card game portfolio by adding games such as ‘Spades Plus’ and ‘Gin Rummy Plus’.
