Portugal grants 11th online gambling license
The newly licensed operator will be offering Portuguese clients online casino and slot games.

Portugal has issued its 11th iGaming license following the regulation of the market that began in 2015 when the European nation passed new gambling law.
The Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ) announced on Tuesday that on September 22 it issued the permit to A Nossa Aposta – Jogos e Apostas Online, S.A., allowing the company to operate in the local market under the Nossa Aposta brand. The operator will offer online casino and slot games.
Paris-based iGaming company Betclic Everest was granted the first first online sports betting license in Portugal's newly regulated betting market in May 2016.
